Documents Required

Mandatory Documents (Common for National Visa Type D)

• Completed Visa Application Form– Fully completed and signed, with a recent passport-sized photograph following ICAO guidelines.
• Valid Passport– Must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your stay, issued within the last 10 years with 2 blank pages.
• Criminal Record Certificate– Official certificate from your country of residence (ACRO/DBS Enhanced Certificate accepted), issued in the last 6 months.
• Medical Certificate– Issued by a licensed medical professional, confirming you are free from infectious diseases (in line with WHO and EU standards).
• Proof of Travel Insurance– Covering your stay, with minimum coverage for medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation.
• UK Residency:A UK eVisa printout from UKVI with a valid share code.

Specific Documents for Executives of Companies Established in Greece

• Articles of Association– Official document confirming the company’s structure and legal standing.
• Proof of Company Incorporation– Copy of the Government Gazette (OJ) or company establishment documents for the Greek entity.
• Appointment or Election Document– Official board resolution or appointment letter proving the executive role.
• Shareholder Documentation– Certificate showing shareholding structure (for direct shareholders only).
• Proof of Commercial Activity– Document confirming the business activities and operational status of the company in Greece.
• Labour Inspectorate Certificate– Verification that the company employs at least 25 staff members.
• Family Member Documents(if applicable) –
  • Family Status Certificate(translated into Greek).
  • Proof of Relationship(marriage/birth certificates).
